Aprendí que al gestionar un proyecto se debe tener claro las resticciones de mismo (alcance, dinero y tiempo). Si se tiene dificultad en la comunicación de los plazo (tiempo) se puede aplicar la triada para ejemplificar que se lograría. Por ejemplo, si quieres tener en una semana 100 artículos. Lo podemos lograr si estos se producen con inteligencia artificial, una curaduría media y de una extención de 3 párrafos cada uno. Además aumentaría los costos %. Con la determinación de las triada y la creación de criterios de aceptación se evitan confusiones en expectativas y claridad en los entregables.

First things first set clear expectations when onboarding a client. The best way to go about deadlines is to keep a day or two as a buffer, If you do client fulfillment at the start of the week then let the client know you'll deliver on Wednesday each week. (but aim to deliver by Tuesday) And it's okay to miss deadlines at times, we all do life happens but make sure you communicate it beforehand. (Just a simple update on where are you at with the deliverables and the reason you won't be able to meet the deadline )

Say 'no' to distractions → I like using app blockers so I have 0 choice Say 'no' to your ego → I like setting a 30m timer & doing draft 1 before it rings Say 'no' to clients → I always work with my own pace, not "whatever the client says"
