Identify the sources of greatest jeopardy in your product plan - where being wrong does the most to invalidate your hypothesis of value, and where the greatest uncertainty lies. Prioritize sources of feedback which reduce uncertainty in those areas. Using this data, launch the MVP version of a product to get user inputs at an early stage and refine based on the analysis. Communicate the data to the team and stakeholders and stay connected with the users for ongoing feedback.
