Seeking feedback in a way is very important because it helps you to see where it is that you went wrong regarding rubbing the customers the wrong way over some of the things you did to anger or disappoint them.

Understanding and Assessment: Clearly understand the issue before proceeding. Efficient Action: Apply knowledge and resources to address the problem effectively. Avoid Haste: Balance speed with precision to prevent errors. Communication: If immediate solutions aren't apparent, update the customer and assure them of ongoing efforts.

The key to consistent growth is having a vision of your penultimate goal, aligning the micro steps necessary to reach it, and committing to those steps. I always try to keep a slow but steady pace. Plant seeds (certifications, education, personal development/health) and nurture them consistently. This helps keep me motivated and moving when I hit a period of burnout or need to regain perspective if I feel stuck.

When I get a new boss I actively look for things to relate to them on. What do they have displayed in their workspace? Ask them about it, especially if you can relate to it. Try not to overthink things, they are human too. Sometimes I’ll be in the middle of my monthly performance checkup and we will get off on a tangent about food or something else.
