Aligning a divided team to achieve common goals starts with understanding why team members have concerns and why the group is divided on the product vision. I first listen to everyone's perspectives to identify the root causes of the disagreement, then revisit the vision to ensure it is clear and also address any valid concerns, making necessary adjustments. Once the vision is revised, I facilitate a greater collaboration by encouraging open communication and creating opportunities for team members to share their ideas and feedback regularly.
