Sure, change can be scaring for the client ... But why are you there and how can you help him to keep in the race ? You must appear like a professionnel in your domain with a global view. It’s a matter of trust that you inspire. In one hand I try to remind and show I've understood the DNA of his brand and in the another hand I present the graphic trends in his market. That's really sensitive situation and sometimes it needs more than one step to reach the goal : sometimes your client needs to see first the realisation of his demand to understand it is outdate compared your proposal...the answer is often between the two points of view ! To properly organize my time, I keep that in mind.
