First i need to understand the reason behind the rejection , let them reach the root cause via 5 why in depth questioning techniques . then we do assessments to discover the desired career values and interests , check if these values and interested are aligned with the employer's plan or not if not we need to be empowered for a growth plan , thus work on networking , finding new opportunities , building skills needed
