Have to know your product exactly what you want to promote. Like distances between cities, climate, salient features, cuisine, local guides and transport means. Otherwise you will not be able to offer any help. Information regarding the city is easily available on Google . Better still if you have visited the country/place. Clients prefer when you tell them about your experience itself.

I follow each assignment as a business plan. I do not go ahead if I am unsure of any services and these are discussed and accepted by the client. Only if client accepts the change and the contract states the same, I go ahead. Then it becomes a clear blueprint and there are no ambiguities. This is my personal opinion that the contract is accepted both sides and payment details are specified with dates and amounts.

My clients are word of mouth. So, its very easy. I am on social media as I am a Travel Influencer and this helps clients to narrow down on their destination. Sometimes, the client is happy with your suggestions and does not want to approach his own Travel agent for booking. I then, with the permission of the client, contact his agent and we work together.
