Land and resource are limited and how best we are going to utilised available land and resource is more important and how best you are going to add your produce. Farm utilisation to be mixed with field crops and veg crops to get day to day earnings to mangae daily expenses .

Always good to explore and access your customer's requirements at very inception of the business. As per the customer demand select your best available means of production and other associated resources. Try to choose the resources which you can optimise as per your seasonal requirements to mitigate the impact of the adverse weather conditions and other uncontrolled factors. After setting up the system for your prime customer also needs to explore the secondary market and its match fit.

Easy and convenient post harvest management should also be put into consideration while choosing crops or livestock to venture into. Since post-harvest loss is the major issue for most farmers due to little or no access to post harvest facilities that can give them assurance that their produce is safe and secure till it gets to the consumer. Crops that have longer shelf life should be the priority of such farmer.

I have been chosen my available resources like water-bodies for aquaculture. I determine, this enterprise will be realistically manageable and affordable for me. For example, I off-course focus on a semi-intensive or intensive aquaculture system. If I have fund-raising ability, I may be able to diversify my production or yield 20 times more in a single year using BFT, BCS, RAS, PAS, IPRS etc aquaculture systems.

We have seen so many enterprises round us unsuccessful in the beginning,struggling with challenges in the middle and succeed at last.Succcessful are those who remains constant in assessing *Why me?*.It is always easy to say than done.So my point is Start should be as small as to start but the concept should be unique in any means.

In the next step, I define my personal and business goals, such as good aquaculture practice (gap), then best aquaculture practice (bap), and then sustainable aquaculture practice (sap) those will be income generated, free and fair lifestyle, earned growth rate, minimize social impact, and behaved like eco-friendly environmental stewardship. These will also help to align my aquaculture enterprise with my values and aspirations. I want to earn a steady income, that is why I prefer an aquaculture enterprise and It has a stable market (whole the year) and low price (for poor or mid-level) volatility. And I want to enhance my lifestyle, through an aquaculture enterprise that suits my interests, skills, and experience.

Goals should be SMART.. Work should be in a TEAM.. It is sometimes others in the team who will understand better than you, inspire you to succeed in the long run when going gets tough.surround yourself with like minded people to determine *which is for why?*

The 3rd step is a very critical and fluctuating phenomenon eg. analyze the potential market, such as: Demand: is found in the dry or summer season when water crisis is everywhere in the water-body. Supply: is available in the spring or winter season when production is high or achievable. Price: is interrelated between demand and supply and also competitors investment. Competition: is always seems to be positive and find out when they are looking blind in the market. Opportunity: is never comes again even not twice. Especially at the time of the high price market, I should sell all or max. fishes immediately. This policy reminded me and will helpful to identify the most profitable and feasible aquaculture as my agribusiness forever.

For me looking into the expected field for few months in a row can give a better perception about *what is happening around?* *What can be done in a better way?** helps to find potential niche to start with.

I think access to information and having the skills and passion on what you are attempting to start is very crucial. We also often overlook access to markets, and this leads to failure before we even start. Empowering your mind with information and keeping track of what is happening in your choice of enterprise selection will also help.

Ii always find it useful to calculate what is dependent and what is independent variable in my concept? Sometimes,self-ignorence could harm more.Assesing variables properly will address most problems.
