I have worked with multiple people as a junior and one thing/skill I learned from my past is accepting the present reality. Sometimes, it happens after giving more than 100%, I failed... and sticking with that single stuff badly hurts our further performance. for me, it seems like this superpower is making me learn some hard lessons that are needed to become a future person(the manifesting of our future self). that future self must be holding all the experience to be able to navigate further. So if we are stuck with present failure it will become harder to gather enough for future ones. Accept it learn for it and learn something new. Think like a powerful AI mode hiding under and getting trained pure labeled dataset. more data stronger AI.

To overcome technical challenges as a computer engineer, embrace failure as a learning opportunity rather than a setback. Think creatively and explore unconventional solutions. Experiment, collaborate with others, stay curious, and persist in your efforts. This approach fosters innovation and leads to effective problem-solving.

Most important for a small team. Automating things with the help of tools saves a lot of time and manpower... simply creating a seeder for a database saves a lot hell of development time when we are working with a small team. another example will be automating deployment with GitHub Actions... well, it is also about preventing potential human error in production work.

Rapid iteration is the best approach. building continuously gives us the window to implement important feedback and prevent any requirement mismatch. While the project's requirements ultimately dictate the best approach, otherwise Agile offers undeniable advantages that should be considered.

Abstracting and Simplyfing technical stuff is quite important even in terms of code logic... Like ours, any function is supposed to be atomic and should not have dependency(can be replaceable with less effort). To achieve this things need to be Abstracted.
