We were doing a high-stakes research across governments of 5 nations, private sector players, skilling agencies- government and private, and students. This involved taking in each stakeholders problems and understanding against how to better navigate the challenges. To solve for this, we assigned different POC within team for managing and reaching out to each category of stakeholders so that no communication errors happen. We told them exactly what needed to be communicated-openly so with end goal of research. Most of them agreed to talk, few of them refused but at least they heard us. We had to relook at our sample split in order to ensure more weightage can be given to prioritize high stakeholders that have lower representation as well.
