Get ready for another good one in Bethlehem.

The annual holiday highlight for area scholastic wrestling, the Bethlehem Holiday Wrestling Classic, has announced its field and schedule for this year’s event.

It will take place Dec. 28-29 at Liberty’s Memorial Gym. See below for the complete schedule.

The 32-team field breaks down to 28 Pennsylvania teams and four from out of state.

A more detailed list:

District 11 3A teams (8): Blue Mountain, Easton, Freedom, Liberty, Nazareth, Northampton, Parkland, Whitehall

District 11 2A teams (5): Northwestern Lehigh, Pen Argyl, Saucon Valley, Tri-Valley, Wilson

Other Pennsylvania 3A teams (13): Council Rock South, Delaware Valley, Garnet Valley, Hazleton, Honesdale, North Penn, Pennridge, Quakertown, Spring-Ford, Williamsport, Wilson-West Lawn, Wissahickon, Wyoming Valley West

Other Pennsylvania 2A teams (2): Northern Lebanon, Upper Dauphin

Out of state (4): James Martin (Texas); Owings Mills (Maryland); Phillipsburg (New Jersey); Shenendehowa (New York).

The classic will open with two rounds on Dec. 28 at 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Saturday’s action will open at 10 a.m. with semifinals and running straight through with short breaks after the semifinals and consolation finals. Admission is $8 per session Friday ($5 students/seniors), $12 Saturday ($7 students/seniors). Doors open 1 hour before each session.
