I bought an organic cotton jacket. It arrived in good time, with good communication and well packaged. The quality was really good and I've been getting many compliments. However I would say that the tie fastening was a bit weird and the button loop fastening is too tight for the buttons to be easily done up. Nevertheless I'm really pleased to have a warm, quilted, organic cotton jacket. It's very hard to find organic cotton jackets from reputable companies. Komodo has a heritage of organic and sustainable clothing so is a brand I have more faith in than most.
There was an issue with my initial order, which was a Christmas present. Team Komodo sorted the problem in super quick time and I am delighted with my purchase. I first encountered Komodo when I walked in a little boutique located in Seattle' s Chinatown-International District.
There I saw the Leo-Linen Shirt, short sleeve in white, size XL. It fit perfectly, which is difficult because I am in that threshold where shirts either are too big on my shoulders or kind of a bit tight around my belly. Neither is good luck.
I bought it on the spot. The thing is, I split my time between Seattle and Puerto Rico, where I am from. With global warming turning into a reality which is looming closely year after year, Puerto Rico's weather has turned from, hot and humid in the summer, to pure **** for 9 months straight.
Thus, light linen, short sleeves shirts, with simple yet elegant design are a needed alternatives on occasions where t-shirts and shorts will not do.
I got so excited that I asked the sales person if they had the same shirt in black linen.
They did not have it in the store, but she checked and found out there was 1 black Leo-Linen shirt on KOMODO's website, only one left and it was on my size and was on discount!
As soon as I got home to PR I jumped on the website, and tried to purchase the shirt. I could not get that done, so I called the Wassup number, I spoke with Tony, and he and the sales team helped get the problem fixed. In just about 5 days I got my new black shirt, together with a couple linen shorts I also ordered.
