Jennifer Lopez Wished Ben Affleck a Happy Father's Day Amid Divorce Rumors

Jennifer Lopez is celebrating Ben Affleck on Father's Day. In light of divorce rumors, J.Lo still made an effort to mark the holiday and posted a heartfelt tribute to her husband on Instagram on Sunday.

Keeping her message short but sweet, the Atlas star captioned a black-and-white throwback photo of Affleck from the 2001 war film Pearl Harbor, "Our hero. Happy Father's Day," adding a white heart emoji for good measure. Affleck is a dad to three children—Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12—whom he shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

He's also a stepdad to Lopez's 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max. 

Despite any marital troubles they may be having, Lopez and Affleck are carrying on business as usual. Just last week, the pair attended Affleck's son Samuel's graduation ceremony, as well as one of his basketball games earlier this month, where they greeted each other with a kiss on the cheek. A source told People that the couple is "still friendly" and that their recent joint outings are a "good sign" of them making it work. 

Back in May, it was reported that Affleck and Lopez were headed for divorce after they hadn't been seen together for 47 days. Sources shared that the two were living apart (Lopez is staying at the couple's $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, while Affleck is a few miles away in a rental property in Brentwood). 

"Jen and Ben are continuing to take space from each other. They've been having issues for a few months and trying to figure things out on their own," an insider previously told Entertainment Tonight of their issues, adding that the singer has been "throwing herself into work" to "stay busy and distracted" amidst the drama.
