The Pore-Erasing Foundation Reese Witherspoon Uses Makes My Skin Look Radiant and Smooth

My skin has been problematic (sensitive, prone to breakouts, covered in hyperpigmentation) all my life, and foundation has often been the only thing able to restore my confidence on a bad day. I will test (almost) any complexion product I can get my grubby little hands on—I am a self-proclaimed expert in the field. It’s made me very picky and impervious to hype or virality. In this case, however, it’s unfortunate, because I was incredibly late to the Dior Forever Skin Glow Hydration Foundation party.

The first time I used Dior Forever Skin Foundation, I applied it at my office desk underneath the overhead fluorescent lights. Even in that harsh lighting, I thought I looked great—my skin tone was even, my pores a tenth of their usual size, and my texture smooth, topped off by a natural-looking radiance. 

Though I didn’t prime or set my makeup, it lasted the rest of the day. I ate lunch outside in 90-degree heat, finished my work day, and met friends for an al fresco dinner. My makeup looked the same at the end of the night as it did when I first applied it.
