My parents and I recently made a quick stop at Bloomingdales where my incredibly frugal dad was aghast at the price of footwear. He couldn’t believe anyone would spend that much money on sneakers. “Who?” he demanded, and honestly, I didn’t have a ton of answers. Because for the most part, even the biggest A-listers wear the same affordable brands as me—and they’re almost all available at Amazon.

Sure, stars can buy whatever shoes they want, but what they seemingly end up wearing are the classic brands we all love. Jennifer Garner has repeatedly worn Brooks and Asics while Reese Witherspoon practically lives in Tretorn sneakers—though both have been known to reach for Kate Middleton-approved Vejas. Jennifer Anniston wears New Balances, while Meghan Markle has been spotted in Adidas. And right now at Amazon, some of those very brands are majorly marked down.
