Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken a major step in their relationship in light of their marriage troubles—the couple has now publicly listed their Beverly Hills mansion for sale, amid recent reports that the property went for sale last month.

According to People, Affleck and Lopez's home was listed on July 11 for $68 million. The couple originally purchased the 38,000-square-foot estate in May 2023 for $60,805,000. The property
includes "12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and a pool, plus a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym and a boxing ring," the Wall Street Journal reported after news of the sale hit on June 8.

The status of Affleck and Lopez's relationship is not the sole reason for them selling the Beverly Hills property. People previously reported that the sale was in part due to the actor disliking the location and Lopez feeling overwhelmed by the size of the home. "Ben never liked the house. It's too far away from his kids," the source shared, adding that "the house is way too big" for Lopez.

In the meantime, Lopez and Affleck have been "living separate lives"—the pop star has gone on two solo vacations in recent weeks—but they haven't pulled the plug on their marriage yet.

"They went into their relationship very optimistic and thought things could change, but they haven't," an insider told Entertainment Tonight, noting "Jen is touring houses and shopping around for her own home."
