This episode is a brilliant recovery from the previous one. Right from the opening at 2:01 we're given a foreshadow of how the episode will end.

At 2:33 the Professor T tells a recursive lie that only one student is able to discern near the end of the episode.

What's REALLY enjoyable is, over the past couple of episodes we've been given full glimpses into the Professor's gift. What sets him apart from Sherlock Holmes or Hercule Poirot is - Professor T has visions. IOW: He is informed by both left and right brain processing (a truly superior trait).

Nevertheless, some would say Professor T is "too honest" for his own good. Although, this writer would prefer if a person had their choice, they would choose to be "too honest" as opposed to "too dishonest."

For those of us that prefer honesty, Professor T is an extremely likeable character that is a pleasure to watch. He's the exact opposite of Police Captain Laure Berthaud in Engrenages.

What really puts this show over the top is the viewer can come away from an episode having learned something new and insightful.

The ending of this episode is revelatory as we see that perhaps Christina Flamant is not all she's cracked up to be. We'll be watching to see how her relationship with Professor T plays out in the future.
