I thought this movie was adorable and very well made. It was cute and the plot was well developed. Nonetheless, through the movie I noticed details that reminded me greatly of the movie "Amelie".
It seems to me that Meerschwam not only took inspiration from Jeunet's Amelie, but copied several aspects of the movie.
From the plot (a young and pretty but shy woman whose life is changed by a minimal action) to the background music (waltzes played by an accordion). As well, the innocent and distant initial interaction between her and the leading guy, is very much the same as the first time that Amelie sees Nino.
I just thought it was too similar, and truthfully after the first couple of minutes, when I noticed the parallel, that was all i could think about for the duration of the movie.
