Indulge yourself in the era of 60's in Hindi cinema where grace and innocence oozed out of the protagonists. Here, we have a new age woman who insisted upon pursuing her passion of stage dancing post marriage which is frowned upon strongly by her ever busy scientist husband. Without getting too worked up about feminist ideologies this movie depicts, the role play probably witnessed very often in all our families. What amazes me is the charm and the easy virginal innocence of ethereal beauty Hema Malini even when she is dancing in front of drooling men. Songs are good especially Sa re ga ma pa. A good watch.Nirupa Roy gives a good performance and Shashi Kapoor looks divinely charming.
