Gil Smith II

Gil Smith II the most sought-after international music director, producer, and arranger in the business. Starting off as classically trained pianist who attended Berklee College of Muisc and went on to begin a career as a touring musician. His live credits include the biggest tours, award shows, and TV specials ranging from Lil Wayne, Brandy, Faith Evans, Cee Lo Green, Travis Barker, Drake, Eminem, Chris Brown, Britney Spears, Keri Hilson, J. Holiday and Lady Gaga. Smith has also done a variety of production and directing for artists ranging from Chrisette Michelle, Omarion, Tank and many more.

Gil is the Music Director for Korean record label, YG Entertainment, international Korean pop sensations 2NE1 and the Big Bang. He helmed their recent Alive World Tour as well as Big Bang member G-Dragon's 'One Of A Kind' World Tour. Smith additionally runs his own full service music production and staffing company, SAGA Entertainment.

Most recently, Samsung sponsored the Big Bang Galaxy Alive World Tour where Smith was the Music Director and toured worldwide with the band. His company, Saga Entertainment, specializes in live sound mixing, programming, and post production. Gil is the Ambassador for Samsung Galaxy Music Campaign and has a wide range of corporate credits, such as Samsung, Princess Cruises, Americas Got Talent, Musicians Institute, and the Osaka School Of Music.
