Film making skipped a generation and the proprietorship of his empire was passed to his grandson Prateek Chakravorty who is also getting his foothold in the industry in steps of his grandfather. In his words, Prateek calls himself the I-PAWD man; i.e. I- Produce, Act, Write & Direct. After completing his MBA in Marketing & International Business, his calling also was towards filmmaking and the business of cinema.
He made his debut in a family comedy in 2012 called "From Sydney with Love" where in a quirky unique manner he translated his University experience in Australia and weaved a Fresh off beat love story around it. There after he produced few other fresh Indian movies and an international celebrity chat show called "Born Stylish."
