Sandra Bulk
- Actress
- Writer
- Producer
Born and raised in South Jersey, Sandra Bulk grew up watching 16 mm prints of classic films on a pull-up silver screen in her family's living room and doing impressions of the likes of Mae West, Vivien Leigh, and Jean Hagen's Lena Lamont in Singin' in the Rain. After graduating from NYU, Sandra veered to a 20-year career as a non-profit development professional, primarily as a grant writer for arts and education organizations, but the acting bug never left her. She performed in numerous community theatre productions in the South Jersey and Philly areas during that time, as well as dabbling in independent film and voice acting.
After being sidelined for more than a decade with a chronic illness, Sandra is excited to be back in the acting game, having recently shot several commercials (including an Addy Award-winning comedic commercial for CakeBites), lending her voice to podcasts (Eye of the Elder Gods, Sinner's Moon, the upcoming The Hungry One), and pursuing independent film, web, and TV projects. Her most recent project, Killing Hope, is a short film noir comedy she co-produced and co-wrote.
Sandra is also an active member of the prestigious Actors' Think Tank.
