Tyler Piña is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker with over a decade of experience directing, screenwriting, and producing. At the age of 20, he directed his first film, a student-run feature that gained international distribution. His last short "88 Cents" - streaming on Amazon Prime - played at Cannes in 2018, screened at over 70 international film festivals, and has won 67 awards, including 16 for Best Director, 7 for Best Screenplay, and 17 for Best Short Film.
Tyler is also the owner of Neon Flamingo Films, a full-service production company based in Los Angeles with high-profile clients including Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Google, Facebook, and Verizon. Additional accolades include multiple Telly and CINDY Awards for Tyler's commercial, music video, and documentary work. In 2018, Tyler received his first Emmy Award in the Technology category and an additional Emmy Award Nomination as the series director for the show "Next Level with Lauren Goode."
