Karla Homolka was born on 4 May 1970 in Port Credit, Ontario, Canada. She has been married to Thierry Bordelais since 2007. They have three children. She was previously married to Paul Bernardo.
Assisted her then-husband Paul Bernardo with the rapes and murders
of three women, including her younger sister. Homolka claimed that
Bernardo beat and terrorized her. However, videotapes found in their
home showed Homolka voluntarily drugging and restraining the victims.
Homolka testified against Bernardo in his murder trial in exchange for
a 12 years in prison for manslaughter.
