Registration for I/ITSEC 2024 is open! Be sure to read this registration page and policies before starting the registration process.

  • Registration Employment Sector: This section contains the different registration categories. It is important to register under the correct employment sector to ensure the proper registration rates.
  • Government/Military: Government employees and military active duty and civilians must use their work emails (ending in .gov or .mil) for rate verification. Contractors with CTR in email address must register as industry.
  • NTSA/NDIA Members: Members must use the email linked to the membership record to receive I/ITSEC member rates.

I/ITSEC Registration Partner Update: New Email Domain
Please be aware of a new email address that will take effect on 24 September 2024. All communications regarding your registration from our partner Maritz will come from the domains, ‘@eventshq.com and @exl.eventshq.com' after 24 September. Please ensure that you whitelist these new domains prior to this date to ensure receipt of this important information. If your company's particular whitelisting solution allows for a wildcard, then your IT staff should allow @*.eventshq.com.

Exhibitors
Exhibitor staff must first register via their company exhibit coordinators and will then receive a confirmation email once registered as booth staff. The confirmation email will include instructions on how to upgrade the exhibitor staff badge to a Full Conference badge. Exhibitor staff registrations are allowed access to Exhibit Floor before, during, and after open hours; Monday Tutorials, Congressional Special Event, Opening Ceremonies; and Friday Professional Development Workshops. Exhibitor staff “only” registration DOES NOT INCLUDE*: Lunches, Banquet, Meeting Materials, CEU processing, Paper Sessions, Special Events (*exhibit staff who wish to upgrade to these inclusions must follow the steps in the email instructions once registered as exhibit staff).

CEUs
The cost for processing CEU credits (available for Tutorials, Paper Presentations, and Professional Development Workshops) is $50. This fee is included in paid attendees' registration. Non-paid registrants may attend the Tutorials and Professional Development Workshops at no charge, however the fee is required if CEU credit is requested.

Media/Press registration requires a PROMO CODE that you can get by emailing Caitlyn Langelier at [email protected]. Media/Press is permitted 2 complimentary registrations per media/press outlet. The 2 complimentary registrations INCLUDE: Access to Exhibit Floor during Open hours, all Tutorials, all Special Events (including Congressional and Opening Sessions), all Paper Sessions, Friday Workshops, Lunches, Meeting Materials, CEU processing if requested. Students & Guests
Read this section carefully! Student Groups that arrive without following appropriate registration procedures will not be allowed access. STUDENT GROUPS: Must register as such to allow for a positive learning experience. Please see the Student Tour information page. INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS: You must be 18 or older to register for an exhibit hall pass. Please contact Caitlyn Langelier at [email protected] for registration instructions. GUESTS: Each adult is able to chaperone up to two people between the ages of 12-18 and may enter their names during the exhibit hall only registration process. Please note, all individuals must present ID upon collecting their badge.

Substitutions and Switching Payments

  • There is no charge for substitution as long as the financial transaction does not change. Substitutions can be made before I/ITSEC begins or onsite.
  • Switching of payment methods (i.e. paying with one card and changing to another card) will incur a $35 administrative fee.

Refunds/Cancellations

  • All refunds must be requested in writing via email.
  • Full refunds (minus $100 cancellation fee) will be issued for cancellation requests received by 15 November, except for the Exhibit Hall which is non-refundable. 
  • 50% refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received 16 November through 22 November.
  • No refunds will be issued for Exhibit Hall Only registrations. Substitutions are accepted.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations beginning 23 November.
  • Please note, participants who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund.

Important Registration Information

  • Registration is open to all those involved in the modeling, simulation, and training industry; I/ITSEC attendance and participation is open to FVEY, countries who profess neutrality, and NATO Member Countries.

  • Release and Assumption of Risk: You must agree to the Release and Assumption of Risk policy while attending I/ITSEC. 
  • Attendee Guidelines: You must adhere to the Meeting Safety & Responsibility as noted on the Meeting Safety & Responsibility page while attending I/ITSEC.
  • Attendee Responsibility: The attendee has sole responsibility for preventing conditions which might be dangerous to property or person. The attendee hereby agrees to indemnify, hold and save harmless NTSA, I/ITSEC and its successors, exhibitors, officers, agents, employees and other representatives from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorneys' fees, and other expenses of whatever kind or nature which result from or arise out of any action or failure to act by the Attendee or any representatives, including but not limited to claims or action from damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or property.
  • Age Restrictions: Children under 12 are not allowed on the exhibit floor. Ages 12 through 15 are allowed on the floor during exhibit hours only and only with a parent or chaperone. Youth must remain with their chaperone. Students may be asked to provide a student ID. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during set up/removal periods.
  • Photography and Video Recording Consent: Exhibitors and Presenters have the right to limit photographs and videos. Please respect this right by asking before photographing or videotaping. Participants found taking photos or videos without the consent of the subject exhibitor or presenter will be dealt with according to security procedures, to possibly include confiscation of materials and removal from the premises.
