A 3 years PhD position is available at the Oncogenomics Unit, Institute of Clinical Physiology, National Research Council (IFC-CNR) in Pisa, Italy, in collaboration with the Algorithms and Mathematics Research Unit, IIT-CNR.
The successful candidate will investigate the regulatory networks that revolve around BRAFV600E mRNA and protein isoforms in melanoma.
Recent graduates in the field of Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or similar are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be self-driven, hard working, able to develop their own analysis workflows and highly committed toward a career in applied bioinformatics. Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as R, bash, or python, is recommended.
