Infamous 'Tot mom' Casey Anthony has been reportedly dating a father of two since January and blew up his 22-year marriage to be with him, the New York Post reported on Friday (September 6).
Anthony, 38, who was infamously accused and acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, and Tyson Ray Rhodes, 48, an engineer for an aerospace company and the father of two young adult sons, began seeing each other in January after they met through their gym in South Florida. The two joined a group text with other gym members before soon communicating one-on-one, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.
Anthony and Rhodes have both since moved from Florida to Tennessee and were spotted together outside her luxury apartment complex on Wednesday (September 4).
“She doesn’t care if he’s married or not,” a friend of Anthony told the New York Post. “That’s his business. All she knows is that he makes her feel good, and she likes that. She was willing to follow him to Tennessee; she sees a future with him.”
“I asked her about it,” the friend added. “I was like, ‘Casey, a married guy?’ and she just laughed and said, ‘Oh shut up, I’m living the life I want.'”

Rhodes moved from South Florida to Tennessee with his wife of 22 years, Sandy, at the beginning of 2024, but reportedly "blindsided" her by telling her he wanted a divorce shortly after. Paperwork for the divorce has yet to be finalized.
Anthony reportedly moved to Tennessee days later when Sandy returned to Florida to visit her family. The 38-year-old is reported to be working remotely as a researcher for a private investigator.
Anthony initially entered the public consciousness during the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, which led to a nationwide manhunt and resulted in Anthony's arrest after she was caught in several lies during the investigation. Anthony was at the center of public scrutiny when police determined that she'd spent the previous month partying, rather than looking for her missing daughter.
Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area near the Anthony family home six months later, at which point Casey was charged with first-degree murder. An estimated 40 million Americans watched at least part of the Casey Anthony Trial and the verdict was reported to have been viewed by nearly 100 million people globally.
Anthony, then 21, was convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement, however, infamously acquitted of murder charges and went into hiding upon her release from prison in July 2011.
