Citizens of the European Union (EU) do not require a visa for entry into France. Non-EU citizens should consult the appropriate authorities to check for visa requirements.

Event attendees are responsible for applying for and obtaining any required visas for travel. While the IEA cannot organise a visa on your behalf, we can provide a personalised letter of invitation if required.

Access to the IEA

On the day of the event: 

To collect your IEA entry badge upon arrival, you will be asked to present an identity card or passport.

For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.

The Conference Centres are fully wheelchair-accessible. Should you need any further information on accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us.
