• Hostos’ Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month Closes With Powerful Discussion On Heritage, Community Empowerment

  

  Hostos Community College capped off another successful Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month on October 15 with a Hispanic Heritage Celebration Breakfast and Panel hosted by the Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs (NAICA) in collaboration with the College’s Offices of the Dean for Community Relations and Health and Wellness.

  On Thursday, October 10, Hostos Community College welcomed the New York City educators who participated in the Professional Development and Study Abroad Summer Program in the Dominican Republic. Congressman Adriano Espaillat attended and recognized the participants of the Teacher Training Program for supporting Dominican students in New York.
