DIY Address Numbers Post & Planter

I was wanting a fun and pretty way to display my address numbers in the front of my house, so I came up with this wood post and planter. I love the way it turned out! Super simple and cheap to make too!

I LOVE This! My husband made me something similar at our last home. We opted to make it a garden flag holder and topped it with a solar light. Thanks for reminding me that I need one at this house though this time we'll do a plant holder!
