Princess Anne is on the mend after an incident at her home resulted in her hospitalization on Sunday.

Anne’s husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy James Hamilton Laurence, visited her in her medical suite today and shared a positive update about her condition with a well-wisher.

“She is recovering well, thank you,” he said, per Buckingham Palace. “We are both profoundly grateful to the medical team and hospital support staff for their expert care—and to the emergency services, who were all so wonderful at the scene.”

The Princess Royal, the sister of King Charles III, was hospitalized following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate Sunday evening, the palace revealed in a statement Monday. The statement said Anne “sustained minor injuries and concussion,” and was being cared for at Southmead Hospital, in Bristol, England, “as a precautionary measure for observation.”

The palace said she is expected to “make a full and swift recovery,” and noted that the king, 75, had been informed of the incident, and that he and the entire royal family were sending Anne their best wishes.

Anne, is the only sister of Charles; their other siblings are Prince Andrew, 64, and Prince Edward, 60.
