THIS WAS SUCH A FUN READ! What kind of drugs did Jennifer but into this book because my gosh it was so addicting I. COULD. NOT. PUT. IT. DOWN. I literally read this so quick too (thanks to meg cause she’s a FAST reader) it was such a page turner and I loved everything about this book! The characters, the mystery, the SUSPENSE i was so intrigued by everything! I also just loved mystery books and solving murders type of plots and WOW did we guess it from the start! It was so obvious it was you but I have to give it to you cause wow you was pretty smart ngl! I can’t wait to continue the series because there is still one question left unanswered that I need to know!!

I could not find a quote for my girl Cassieeee but I really liked her character! Her mind was really easy to follow and know what she’s thinking! I can’t wait to see her grow and catch you ;)

OKAY… I like Micheal! He is HILARIOUS and FLIRTY and a lot of his lines ate ngl especially at the end! I loved his banter with Cassie and he did have me smiling a little bit when it was a scene of the two of them and him reading Jane Austen really surprised me HAHA BUTTTTT… idk…

SAYING IT HERE AND NOW I AM TEAM DEANNNNNN! Closed off, past trauma, morally grey character? Yup that’s it for me! Him and Cassie are literally perfect for each other and you cannot convince me otherwise like come on they UNDERSTAND each other so well in a way that others don’t and they’ve both been through such similar things and THEY JUST GET EACH OTHER! I just know Cassie is gonna be the one to bring down his walls later on! Team Dean!! :)

No quote for Lia haha… idk how to feel about her tbh she kinda annoyed me throughout this whole book and miss girl does not know what privacy is! Idk how Cassie did it because Lia would’ve driven me insane! Maybe she’ll grow on me in the other books but for now I’m iffy about her.
