"I was a victim of a series of accidents, as are we all..."
This is a great example of the best version of true crime writing, where a case is shared, a story told from a friend of a friend which gets under the right persons skin. The status of unsolved wont sit right with this particular listener...
We embark on this incredible journey with Becky Cooper, to discover who Jane was, who are those people left behind who cared for her, to learn about those who are seen as the main suspects, and ultimately who the phantom killer is that has been hiding in the shadows for so long. This story is truly beautifully told, it is a warm and caring narrative on a case that is fascinating.
"It's very difficult to get caught in the middle of two sets of time, focusing all your attention on the beauties of the minute, planning for the future, and then kicking yourself back to the moment, because one way or another there isnt going to be a future."
