I rated everything a 10 due to the overall experience being wonderful. I found the support and safety to be on point as I never felt unsafe while in Kenya. The accommodations within the residence were beyond excellent and the staff was so sweet and very appreciative. I could say the same with the additional accommodations when doing other treks. I was extremely impressed with how safe I felt throughout the program. Everyone working for IMA did a fantastic job making me feel very comfortable in a new country, and new continent.
