The Gift Card cannot be used in Giovanni Raspini boutiques or jewellery shops.

If the value of the Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the amount of the purchase, the remaining amount may be paid using the payment methods accepted on the website www.giovanniraspini.com (https://www.giovanniraspini.com/en-gb/payment/payment.html).

The Giovanni Raspini Gift Card, available both digitally and physically, is a non-nominative card that can only be purchased and used online on the website www.giovanniraspini.com. It is issued to the bearer and can be used for future purchases or as a gift for relatives and friends.

Each Gift Card is issued for the amount chosen by the Customer, from a minimum of €50 to a maximum of €1,000, and can be redeemed on more than one occasion. It may be used on the website until the nominal value has been fully redeemed.

Its use does not entail any cost of issuance, activation, or commissions.

The Giovanni Raspini Gift Card is not refundable or rechargeable.

It cannot be converted into cash or credited to

a credit card.

You can check its current balance at any time on the dedicated section of the Website.

If the value of the Gift Card has not been fully redeemed by its expiry date, the Customer shall not be entitled to receive any remaining balance

or refund of any kind.

The Gift Card cannot be purchased using another gift card.

The Gift Card is only valid in the country in which it was activated.

Gift cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means shall be considered null and ineffective; in addition, they cannot be used for advertising or promotion of products or services marketed by third parties or unrelated to the person issuing the Card.

Anyone who holds the Gift Card can use it in accordance with the current conditions, without the need to justify possession. As a result, both the purchaser and the recipient of the gift are responsible for its ownership and safekeeping.

Giovanni Raspini Srl is not liable for any

theft, loss, damage or negligence in relation to the card's safekeeping. In case of theft, loss or damage, the card cannot be replaced. Giovanni Raspini does not provide any guarantee, either explicit or implicit, on the Gift Card and declines any responsibility.

The Digital Gift Card is sent by email to the email address provided by the purchaser during the ordering procedure.

The Gift Card receipt email contains the code for use, the expiry date and the personalised message.

The buyer is fully responsible for the data entered and the content of the accompanying message, if compiled and addressed to third parties.

Giovanni Raspini Srl shall not be held responsible for any errors in the delivery of the email containing the Gift Card code and, if present, the accompanying message.

The Giovanni Raspini physical gift card will be delivered by post in an elegant box adorned with a logo. Deliveries take place only on working days. It is not possible to schedule delivery appointments. In case of non-delivery, you will receive an email that will enable you to express your preferences in terms of day and time slot to arrange a new delivery attempt. If no reply to this notification is received within 5 days, the goods will be stored in the location assigned for this purpose.
