Plots(1)
A ticket to a play arrives for Kitaro from a man named Hongou, a world-famous director. The play is based on a case Kitaro solved and set in a locale from Hongou's youth. It's called "A Foggy Night in Angkor Wat." Fifty-two years ago in Angkor Wat, a young woman would be kidnapped by ghosts every four years. Kitaro went there to resolve the problem and met Hongou and his wife Sara. They laughed, dismissing the incidents as rumors, but that night, Sara was kidnapped by ghosts. Kitaro saved Sara, and the case was closed, but when Kitaro sees Hongou again he tells him something - "The case isn't over yet..." (Crunchyroll)
