You can place your order as a guest or register during checkout. Registering makes checkout even faster, as you can store your delivery, billing and payment details in your account for next time. Sign up to Fendi & Me.

After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to follow the delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped at different times according to availability.

All orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Please note it is not possible to return personalized items. Read more information on Returns and refunds.

Special collection and Fashion Show previews can be available for Pre-Order.
The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.

Purchasing pre-order items and in-stock items together: if you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separate packages.

Pre-orders with different shipping dates: if you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.

In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free.

Your order will be prepared and shipped to you from the nearest Fendi location, including select local boutiques. We will take every care in preparing your parcel and ensuring it is delivered to you as soon as possible - products with different shipping times may be divided into separate parcels.

Different shipping options may be available according to the delivery address and to where the items are stocked.
For items that are immediately available:
- Major cities in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia): Next Day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Orders completed after 3pm or on Saturdays/Sundays will be delivered in 2 business days.
- Sabah, Sarawak (East Malaysia): Express delivery (2-3 business days from date of purchase)

For items that are not immediately available, all locations: Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-6 business days from date of purchase)

If you have multiple items in your order, they may be delivered separately on different days (for example, you may receive one item on the same day, and the following items in 5-6 business days). You will receive shipping confirmation by email for each parcel.

The size displayed online is always the same size you will find on our product tags. We use Italian sizing for all our items with the exception of men’s shoes, which follow the UK sizing system.

After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you the delivery address and payment details, as well as a security question. We ensure the absolute safety of your personal details at all times during this process.

After Fendi Client Services confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

To ensure an effortless return service, items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned both online or in selected stores.
To request an online return, please contact Client Services within 14 days of delivery and follow their instructions to ship the parcel back to us.
If you prefer to return or exchange in a Fendi store, you can book an appointment and let our Client Assistants handle the request on your behalf.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items have been verified and accepted.
