Zara Tindall is the daughter of Princess Anne and Mark Phillips, as well as the eldest granddaughter of the Queen and Prince Philip. Due to the rules of male primogeniture, she is lowest on the line of succession of all of the Queen’s grandchildren. But what career path did Zara follow?
Zara Tindall, 38, is 18th on the British line of succession.
Whilst at school Zara attended Beaudesert Park School in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and Port Regis School in Shaftesbury, Dorset where she distinguished herself with her sporting abilities.
During her school years, Zara excelled at sport, particularly hockey, athletics and gymnastics.
She pursued this keen interest in sport at the University of Exeter where she qualified as a physiotherapist.

Like her mother, father and grandmother, Zara has a keen passion for horses.
In June 2003, she announced she had secured a sponsorship deal with Cantor Index which would help cover the costs of her equestrian career.
She finished as the runner-up at the Burghley Horse Trials in 2003 in her first four-star event.
Zara went on to forge an illustrious career as an Olympic equestrian.
She competed in the London 2012 London Olympics, winning a silver medal in Team Eventing.
Zara also famously carried an Olympic flame at Cheltenham racecourse, while riding her horse Toytown.
Currently, Zara works as the director at Cheltenham racecourse.
In this new role, she will be helping to promote Equestrian Team GBR ahead of the Toyko 2020 Olympic Summer Games.

In a statement on The Jockey Club’s website, Zara expressed her delight about the role.
She said: “I'm passionate about horseracing, particularly on the Jumps side, and the absolute pinnacle of that is Cheltenham.
“Racing is simply the most exciting sport and it’s open to all. It's an honour to have been asked by Martin St Quinton on behalf of The Jockey Club to get involved in a more formal capacity and I look forward to doing my bit to support the executive team in the years to come."
Zara landed several brand ambassador deals as a by-product of her success, including with Land Rover, Rolex, iCandy prams and clothing brand Musto.
The equestrian also has her own range of equestrian-inspired jewellery with Calleija.
Her husband Mike Tindall, a former rugby player, is also able to pursue his own work.
He appeared as a contestant on the Channel 4 show The Jump, and on ITV’s Bear Grylls: Mission Survive.
Zara’s brother, Peter Phillips is also a non-working member of the Royal Family.
Peter runs the UK arm of events and sponsorship agency Sports and Entertainment Ltd.
He formerly held roles working for RBS and Williams Formula One.
Earlier this year, Mr Phillips also appeared in an advert for milk in China.
