Kwasi Kwarteng

Kwasi Kwarteng is a former British politician. He was Chancellor of the Exchequer under ex-Prime Minister Liz Truss. Kwarteng was forced to resign after his disastrous mini-budget spooked markets and threatened serious economic turmoil.

He revealed he was stepping down as an MP before the 2024 General Election.
