Our conference model means everyone who attends the event gets access to all conference sessions, networking events, meals and the exhibit hall. We no longer offer an exhibit hall only pass. View registration rates here.
Each conference session available during the Experience POWER Week equals at least 1 hour (and sometimes more!) of PDH that count toward your continuing education needs for your PE certification. We provide customized certificates that verify your conference attendance and session participation which may be included in your personnel files to document education and training courses completed.
Keep the certificate as part of your justification toolkit to demonstrate the benefits of attending Experience POWER each year. The certificates provide a documented record of the training and education you have received by attending the conference and the extra hours earned can be part of your hours that hold over for next year.
Badges can be picked up during registration hours at the Experience POWER registration desk inside the Renaissance Hotel. A badge must be worn during all Experience POWER events.
The exhibit hall will remain open during the following hours, with key exhibiting hours during networking functions held inside the hall.

The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the hotel conference rooms are often very cool.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is July 26, 2024. Cancellations must be made in writing by July 26, 2024 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to July 26, 2024will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after July 26, 2024.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during Experience POWER Week. There are no exceptions.
