It is important to understand what to expect with treatment and how EveryDay Support From Day One can help.

Helping you navigate your treatment journey from start to finish

EveryDay Support From Day One works with your health care provider, specialty pharmacy, and health insurance plan to help navigate the approval process and start treatment as soon as possible.

  • Your health care provider submits paperwork to the health insurance plan.

    Your Patient Navigator will research and review your benefits with you and work with your doctor to submit any required paperwork to your health insurance plan.

  • Your Patient Navigator will review the financial assistance options available to you.

  • The health insurance plan reviews the paperwork and approves or denies coverage. If the health insurance plan denies coverage, your Patient Navigator will work with you and your health care provider to file an appeal.

  • Upon approval, the specialty pharmacy ships your child’s medicine to your home. The specialty pharmacy will provide dosing and administration support, as well as schedule your next shipment.

  • Your Patient Navigator will provide ongoing support and is available to answer any questions throughout your treatment journey.
