News: 1 day agoCoach Brian Callahan announced Friday that Levis (right shoulder) will start Sunday's game against the Chargers, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Spin: Levis, who has missed three straight contests, returned to a full practice Thursday, paving the way for him to see his first game action since Week 6. As a result, Mason Rudolph -- who had started in place of Levis -- will move back to backup duties Sunday. In his return to the Titans' lineup, Levis offers a Week 10 option for those in deeper fantasy leagues or who are otherwise seeking help this weekend due to injury or bye week issues.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Levis is the incumbent starter for Tennessee heading into his second season. The front office spent the offseason seeking to support its young quarterback with a scaffolding built on proven veteran skill players. Levis topped 15 rushing yards just once in nine starts last season, and without much of a rushing resume in college, most of the fantasy value he develops will have to come from the pocket. A retooled offensive line and improved receiving corps work in his favor, but expectations remain tempered given his inexperience and a shaky first go in the NFL. This all reads like Levis makes for a fun, boom-or-bust, late-round investment for fantasy managers in deeper leagues.
