After Amazon Prime Video launched its ad tier in January this year, Adweek reported that Amazon would shut down Freevee, a claim Amazon denied. Still, Freevee’s offering could change as Amazon’s streaming products evolve. For now, Freevee is still offered as a separate app and remains one of the more popular FASTs. What advertising opportunities do FASTs offer? Time spent with FASTs is growing.
