EMA serves a community of around 450 million people living in the EU, and has been operating since 1995.

EMA communication activities: stakeholder feedback
EMA routinely gathers stakeholder feedback on its communication activities via communication perception surveys.
The findings help EMA set targets, address areas for improvement and measure progress in the area of communication.
EMA has been capturing the results of its communication perception surveys in report format since 2017.
Please note that no report is available on the 2020 survey, due to impact on EMA of the COVID-19 pandemic.
