The fall Wall of Excellence award recipients were recognized Oct. 5 during Customer Service Week for providing customer service excellence. Capt. Christopher Culp, commanding officer, presented certificates to the winners, whose photos are on display on the second floor of Bldg. 2.
To be selected for the award, staff must demonstrate excellence in the following areas: proactive interactions with customers in pursuing customer service excellence, ability to perform effectively in customer inquiries/concern resolution, conduct departmental training on customer service practices and exemplify professionalism and dedication to service excellence by putting forth extra effort.
