00:00We know this partly from the extremist group that is driving the Republican party, but we know it partly from what the Republicans have actually done.
00:10Over in the House of Representatives, a majority of Republicans are co-sponsors, people who've written and put their names on the so-called fetal personhood bill.
00:24A fertilized egg has to be treated as a person, and that means no abortion. It's not about exceptions. No abortion anywhere in the United States.
00:37Also, no IVF, because you can't do IVF under those circumstances, and certain kinds of birth control, gone.
00:43A majority of Republicans are already there as co-sponsors. They get control. It's done.
00:53On the Senate side, last week, let's do these Republican senators, including your own, who mumble around,
01:02Oh yeah, I'm a fag. Yeah, fag. Yeah, that's great. Contraception. I love about contraception, right?
01:10Very quotable things. Don't want to talk about it. So Democrats said, fine, don't talk about it. Let's vote on it.
01:18We put a very simple bill on the floor last week, and it just said, whatever else is going on out there, we have a bill here that will protect access to IVF all across the country.
01:34Every Republican, save two, voted no.
01:40There it is. They've already told you. And the week before, did the same thing on contraception. Same result. Republicans block.
01:48So, understand this. They're coming for all of us.
