From Quito: David Carrillo

Today we look at the judicial case against former president of ecuador Rafael Correa. On one side, his enemies accuse him of organizing a kidnapping in Colombia in 2012, while his supporters say this is absurd and a clear case of political persecution, since there is no evidence. After 10 years of being President of Ecuador, now Correa faces a process that he calls illegal. What will his fate be, from now on? We will talk to David Carrillo, an attorney closely following this case, to understand what lies behind all the headlines and rumours in this process.
