Love Island 2024 star Harry Baker has revealed his battle with his weight after KFC, fry-ups and McDonald's binges saw him balloon to 20 stone.
The television personality, 25, showed off his ripped physique as he entered as a bombshell alongside Lola Deluca.
But Harry has revealed just three years ago friends and family began to worry about his weight after seeing him gorge on fast food and takeaways.
The Birmingham data engineer, who left the villa after just a few days, used to have a fry-up for breakfast, eat at KFC or McDonald's for lunch before digging something out of his freezer for dinner.
'I used to weigh around 130kg and I wasn't confident in myself or feeling my best so something needed to change,' Harry said.

'I was never bullied but I had friends close to me tell me that it was going too far and I was looking very big. People that were close to me were looking out for me and were concerned about my weight.'
In summer 2021, Harry decided to do something about his unhealthy lifestyle, completely overhauling his diet and picking up running and hybrid workouts.
He dropped down to 15st and the dramatic transformation led to him being scouted for Love Island in January this year.
Harry then dropped a further 1.5st.
He added: 'I think you can go on the show looking however you want, but I wanted to look my best for my confidence. I am definitely a lot more confident but, if I'm honest, once you start this journey you're never happy and you're always chasing perfection.'
Earlier this month fellow Love Island star Jess White was spotted looking very cosy with bombshell, Harry Baker, just days after she and Hugo Godfroy went their separate ways.
Jess, 25, was held in a headlock by the engineer as she was seen wrestling him away from the crowds following a Radio Love Island rooftop after party.

Onlookers at the National Reality TV Awards claimed that Hugo and Charlotte, 31, were all over each other as they kissed at the after party.
An onlooker told The Sun: 'Hugo and Charlotte could not keep their hands off each other all night.
'It was clear that they only had eyes for each other and didn't care who was watching as they enjoyed a slew of snogs on the dancefloor.
'They even found a quiet corner of the packed bar to have another passionate kiss - it made it pretty obvious that Hugo and Jess are very much over but she is still bound to be stunned to see he has moved on so quickly.'
