Serena Williams attempted to fit into her denim Valentino skirt once again, as she continued to share her post-partum fitness journey with fans.
Just two months after failing to squeeze into the stylish jean skirt, the tennis superstar, 42, gave it another go — marking it her third try-on — in a new Instagram video shared to her page on Monday.
'Ok everyone the jean skirt is baaaaaaackkkkkk. Paris was fun, but I gotta see if I can fit in this skirt yet - saying a little prayer…lol,' she wrote in the caption.
The mother-of-two wore a light pink romper for the clip, and told her fans, 'I haven't tried it on since last time. So, let's see what happens here. Let's say our prayers. Don't get negative if it doesn't work out.'
Serena proved she was one step closer to her weight loss goal, as she was able to successfully pull the skirt on this time, though she could not get it to zip up just yet.

'Who in the world is fitting these skirts?' she playfully asked.
'I might need to check back in another few weeks,' the star added, saying the skirt is 'a little tight, I can't really breathe. I might have to do one more video.'

'Throw that skirt away and buy a new one with a lil stretch b/c your body is perfect,' one wrote.
'The skirt is the wrong shape, not you. Get a new skirt,' another added.
'I like your honesty about the work and struggle. Not promoting snap back culture x,' yet another fan chimed in.
