It's Maisie Smith.
The EastEnders actress, 22, shared a recent selfie, with her red hair pulled back into a large bun, before making a comparison to the childhood snap.
Maisie, who played Tiffany Butcher on the BBC soap, joined at the age of six in 2008, but decided to leave in 2021 after 13 years on screen.
The star won Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress at the British Soap Awards in 2008, a year after joining EastEnders.
She has been involved in a number of key storylines on the soap, including a shocking grooming plot in 2019.
Maisie finished runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020 after competing with professional Gorka Marquez.
While starring on the series she formed a friendship with now boyfriend Max George and they officially got together in summer 2022.
Max and Maisie moved in together early last year, with the EastEnders star's mother, Julia, sharing a glimpse at her moving out of the family home at the time.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, Maisie spoke about her excitement about living with Max and dismissed concerns over their 13-year age gap.
She said: 'If it wasn't that, it would be something else. People don't understand what goes on behind closed doors in a relationship, and I think they also forget that I'm a consenting 21-year-old woman who's actually been working longer than Max!
'I don't notice the age difference and neither do my friends or family. My mum Julia is the one who reads through all the comments.
'I got a message from her yesterday, saying: 'Just ignore them, you two were made for each other.'
